1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Resultigo website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. For visitors browsing the Service without an account, these Terms apply to your use of all publicly accessible content. If you create an account, you will be asked to expressly accept these Terms during the registration process. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Resultigo. The English version of these Terms is the binding version. Any translations are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If we discover or have reason to believe that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to terminate their account immediately.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, a username, and a password - or by authenticating through a supported third-party provider (e.g., Google). You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account Resultigo reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion.
4. Description of the Service
Resultigo is a free-to-use football prediction platform for entertainment purposes only. Users can create or join prediction games, submit predictions for football matches, answer bonus questions, and compete on leaderboards. The Service is not a gambling, betting, or wagering platform. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through Resultigo. No prizes, monetary or otherwise, are awarded for prediction performance. Resultigo may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdSense). We may also offer optional paid features in the future, such as an ad-free experience. Any paid features will be subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase.
5. User Content and Conduct
You may create game names, share invite links, and submit predictions ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Resultigo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate the Service. Some User Content, such as game names and leaderboard rankings, may be publicly visible. You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit content that is offensive, misleading, or violates any applicable law. You agree not to: • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service • Create or maintain multiple accounts for the same person • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users • Impersonate another person or entity • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service • Use the Service for any real-money gambling, betting, or wagering activity • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems • Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Resultigo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All football-related names, logos, trademarks, and data displayed on the Service - including but not limited to FIFA, UEFA, national team names, club names, and competition names - are the property of their respective owners. Resultigo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, or any football organization. The use of such names and data is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Match data displayed on the Service is sourced from third-party providers and is presented on an "as available" basis.
7. Third-Party Services and Data
The Service relies on third-party data providers for football match information, scores, and results. While we strive for accuracy, Resultigo does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or timeliness of any sports data. Scores and results may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable. The Service may include links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as Google Analytics for usage analytics and Google AdSense for advertising). Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection by third-party services.
8. Advertisements
The Service may display advertisements from third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense. Ad content is determined by the ad network and may be personalized based on your browsing behavior, subject to the ad network's own privacy practices. Resultigo is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party advertisements. Interaction with any advertisement is at your own risk and subject to the advertiser's terms.
9. Account Termination and Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your predictions and leaderboard entries may be retained in anonymized form (displayed as "Deleted User") to preserve the integrity of game leaderboards. Resultigo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Resultigo does not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free • Match data, scores, or results will be accurate or up to date • Any errors or defects will be corrected • The Service will meet your specific requirements You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resultigo and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any damages resulting from: • Errors or inaccuracies in sports data • Unauthorized access to your account • Service interruptions or downtime • Content or conduct of third parties on the Service In no event shall Resultigo's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Resultigo (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to the address associated with your account) and by displaying a prominent notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at info@resultigo.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. Nothing in these Terms shall affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
